I am trying to find a MB to replace a dead one but want/need to keep the cpu. Would Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L Core2 P35 DDR2 SATA2 PCIE&PCI 8 Channels Audio ATX Motherboard work with my Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield Quad-Core 2.4 GHz LGA 775 BX80562Q6600 Processor.
