I assume you are talking about transferring all your files from your laptop's hard disk to another computer's hard disk. If you can get access to the files on the laptop, they could be transferred to the new computer via a USB flash drive. If you can't get access to the files, you might have to take the laptop to a computer repair shop. They will be able to get your files off of the laptop's hard disk and onto a flash drive.
